Now in its 22nd year, Delta’s Dream Flight – a special charter flight that transports Black students to an aviation-themed destination – remains a testament to the airline's commitment to exposing students from underrepresented groups to the world of aviation.

As an extension of our Faces of Travel initiative, Delta invited employees and members of the Los Angeles community to share accounts of memorable travel experiences, which were brought to life in real-time via digital sketch by seven commissioned emerging artists with diverse backgrounds.

Delta’s Close the Gap strategy tracks the gap between the diversity of hourly wage earners, or frontline talent, and leadership within the company, a prescriptive approach to increase equitable access to career growth at every level of Delta’s workforce.
