Delta is refreshing seatback entertainment content this October with new Spotify-curated collections, seasonal collections, exclusive partner content and more, giving every customer something to discover as they travel this fall.
Since August 2021, Delta customers enjoyed nearly 100 million hours of in-flight entertainment content - that's a lot of in-flight movie watching, TV show bingeing, audio listening and game playing!
So whether you’re selecting a newly released movie to watch, the perfect bingeable TV show to catch up on or the right playlist for your journey, the options are endless. To make the choice a bit easier, read on for the highlights of what awaits on Delta Studios this month.
Spotify-curated boarding music: The in-flight entertainment experience starts even before you turn on Delta Studio. Starting in October, customers can enjoy the all-new boarding music collection, specially curated by our in-flight audio partners Spotify. This playlist will update monthly to include Delta customer favorites and offer a fresh soundtrack as customers find their seat.
A Kids & Family content takeover: For the first time, Spotify will be taking over the audio section of the Delta Sky Kids hub with three new podcasts: Deep Blue Sea, Gardenkeeper Gus, and 100 Cinderellas: Bedtime Stories From Around The World, keeping the family enthralled from wheels up to touch down.
Spooky season arrives: October means scary movies and Halloween tunes. That’s why we’ve hand-picked a “Spooky Season” collection of films for customers in search of thrillers, horror and the paranormal. Those looking for audio options will also find an all-new Spotify-curated Halloween Party Mixtape with 16 new tracks perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit.
A collection for every customer: It’s not just spooky movies and playlists onboard this October: pick from 12 different feature collections ranging from actor and director spotlights to those that highlight Delta’s commitment to reflecting the communities we serve. Check out “Actor Spotlight: Tom Hanks” or “Director Spotlight: The Wachowskis” for curated selections from some of our favorite stars, or click on the “Journey to Asia” collection featuring a number of films set in Asia.
An exclusive concert just for you: October also means the launch of “Jet Set with the Jonas Brothers,” a 45-minute concert film produced in collaboration with Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) – the first time Delta has premiered an exclusive concert film via its content studio.
