Delta named in TIME's America's Best Companies of 2026 list, only airline in the top 100

This recognition is a testament to Delta’s people-first culture. Among the 1,000 companies TIME named to its 2026 list of America’s Best, Delta stands as the lone commercial airline to make the top 100, a reflection of the people and purpose behind the Delta brand

Behind the ranking

TIME partnered with Statista to evaluate organizations across three key pillars: employee satisfaction, financial performance and sustainability. Delta placed No. 98 overall, making it the only airline to rank in the top 100. 

This isn't the first time Delta has been recognized by TIME. Last year, Delta was named to TIME's World's Best Companies list, ranking No. 148 globally and standing as the highest-ranked U.S. commercial airline.
