Delta’s consistent commitment to service excellence was recognized this week as the airline was named Best Airline Staff in North America at the SkyTrax World Airline Awards, held at the 53rd edition of the Paris Air Show.
Award winners were decided by the public, with Delta employees the favourite of customers traveling to North America. Beatrice de Rotalier, Delta’s Sales Manager for France, accepted the award.
