According to Travel Weekly China, "Celebrate for Excellence" is the theme for the 2019 awards. The objective is to celebrate brands that have pushed the boundaries and gone above and beyond to bring their very best to the table.

"We recognize the excellence that Delta consistently strive for, the exemplary qualities represented by your brand and the wholehearted dedication of your staff which has earned the respect of your customers and peers," said Irene Chua, V.P. of Travel Weekly China publishing. "We are confident that your work in the past year will set a stellar example to inspire others to reach greater heights, not just in your award category, but across the board."

Wong Hong, V.P. - Greater China and Singapore, said, "This is a great testimony from the customers who witness our efforts to improve customer experience in the air and on the ground. Our team will continue our history of hard work and dedication to build the airline of choice to the U.S. in the Chinese market."
