Matt Cincera is responsible for Software Engineering at Delta, which includes all customer facing technology (delta.com, the Fly Delta mobile application), servicing technology (airport customer service, automation/AI, customer call center/reservations technology), operations technology and corporate technology. Additionally responsible for driving scaled technology efficiency & productivity opportunities and driving a software engineering culture within Delta.
