Airport Experience
Digital ID
Delta has invested heavily in technologies to streamline and transform the airport journey. Digital ID, Delta’s time-saving, industry-first technology that allows customers to check bags and move through security without showing a physical government ID, debuted at DTW in 2021. Delta Digital ID is available to eligible customers in both the domestic and international terminals.
PARALLEL REALITY™
DTW is the exclusive hub for customers to experience the mind-bending PARALLEL REALITY technology. First displayed at CES 2020, this technology allows up to 100 customers to each see personalized flight information tailored to their unique trip on a single, shared digital screen — at the same time.
Delta Sky Club
The Motor City is home to five Sky Clubs that provide customers with thoughtful amenities like an assortment of meal offerings, premium beverage selections and intentionally crafted lounge space.
The airport's most recently opened Delta Sky Club, which opened in December 2021, is a 4,600-square-foot space near gate A43 that seats up to 100 guests and overlooks the concourse and the existing main Club.
