Paul Baldoni, S.V.P. - Network Planning

Paul Baldoni is the SVP of Network Planning. In his current role Paul is responsible for optimizing Delta’s global network.  Paul leads a team of ~100 network planners with a goal of producing industry leading customer utility, profitability and reliability.  Previous to this role, Paul led the Americas Pricing and Revenue Management team to industry best revenue results, earning $114 for every $100 in industry revenue.  

Paul has been at Delta for 19 years and has held various leadership positions in Pricing and Revenue Management, Strategy and Network Planning. In his previous roles, Paul led the development of Delta’s five-year network plan including the build out of Delta’s Seattle and Boston hubs and a return to sustainable profitability in Delta’s long-haul international portfolio. 

Paul is a member of Delta’s Senior Talent Council. Paul holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
