This year marks the 14th year of the two-day Veterans Day Celebration, which is hosted at Delta TechOps and brings together employees, families and friends to recognize the more than 12% of our workforce who are veterans.  

Delta is proud to continue its Normandy Legacy Flight, supporting the program that flies World War II veterans and students back to Normandy, France to commemorate the anniversary of D-Day.

For the tenth year, Delta will match donations up to an aggregate total of 10 million miles donated to these two organizations through SkyWish, the charitable arm of the SkyMiles Program. 

Delta partnered with Best Defense Foundation to fly a group of six veterans from the U.S. to the Netherlands to honor the sacrifices made by their comrades and to reflect on the impact of their efforts on liberating Europe.
