Board of Directors

Maria Black, President and Chief Executive Officer of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and Willie CW Chiang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., are the newest members to join Delta's board of directors.

Prabhu is the Vice Chair, Chief Financial Officer of Visa Inc. He has been Chief Financial Officer since 2015 and was elected Vice Chair in 2019. He will retire from Visa on Sept. 30.
