As part of the airline’s Centennial celebrations, Delta is proud to launch a new Centennial-themed trading card collection for customers to enjoy. This collection honors Delta’s milestone as the first U.S. airline to turn 100 with a fresh, eye-catching design – featuring the new Centennial colors and branding – that is sure to captivate customers and collectors alike.

Recognizing the more recent popularity of these trading cards, Delta is producing over 5 million total cards that will be ready on March 25 for pilots to share with customers – including cards for the A220-300, 717, 737-800, A321NEO, 757-200, 767-300, A330-900 and the A350. Customers flying via Delta Connection will be able to receive CRJ-900 and E175 cards, depending on the carrier.

“Delta pilots have handed out millions of trading cards over the past 22 years, with over 3 million distributed in 2024 alone,” said Ryan Gumm, Senior Vice President of Flight Operations. “This simple, yet impactful interaction between our pilots and customers elevates and enriches the flight experience – and has created meaningful connections and memorable moments along the way.”

For the first time, Delta is offering another way to share the excitement and love of travel during its Centennial celebration. Starting in April, customers can select a commemorative gift set featuring two limited-edition Centennial livery trading cards when purchasing a physical Delta gift card at delta.com/giftcards

This set is the only other way to access these two special edition cards, besides requesting them from your pilot while traveling and supplies last. Each set arrives in beautiful packaging, making it the perfect gift for loved ones or treating yourself to a milestone keepsake.

Delta gift cards can be used toward any flight at delta.com or Delta Vacations® package that includes air. Gift Card Terms apply.

Delta's very first aircraft trading card was released in 2003, featuring a limited-edition MD-11 card as part of the aircraft’s retirement in 2004. Since then, Delta has expanded the collection to include seven series and 68 unique cards.

On your next flight with Delta, don’t forget to continue growing your trading card collection by engaging with our pilots.
