Delta first debuted its Delta Premium Select cabin in 2017 on select trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic routes.

The Delta Professional website — a one-stop online resource for corporate customers — has redesigned its meetings and events offering to deliver a better customer experience.

Those customers will have access to more streamlined tools to support corporate meetings (10+ travelers going to the same destination); conferences & events (50+ travelers en route to the same destination from multiple origins); and global meetings (50+ travelers headed toward the same destination from multiple countries).

And corporate customers who use the Delta Business Meetings & Events portfolio receive travel discounts, access to self-service tools and a dedicated team of specialists to handle all ongoing needs.

“Meeting and event travel is a critical component of the corporate travel ecosystem, and these enhancements is a direct reflection of our commitment to listening and acting upon customer feedback in the areas that matter most to them,” said Bob Somers, S.V.P. – Global Sales.

Streamlining its meetings & events portfolio and app is the latest example of Delta’s continued efforts to improve the business travel experience. Other recent and ongoing enhancements include:

  • Introducing fast, free Delta Sync Wi-Fi for SkyMiles Members, presented by T-Mobile, now available on most domestic flights and continuing to roll out across our entire fleet.

  • Opening five new Delta Sky Clubs in 2023 — EWR, BOS, MSP, JFK and the only airline lounge at MCI — with plans for additional expansions next year.

  • Offering customized solutions and a streamlined app experience tailored to each account and their travel footprint to elevate the journey for business travelers every step of the way, whether that’s contracting, integrating joint venture partners or negotiating flexibility.

  • Announcing its largest-ever trans-Atlantic schedule for 2024, including new service to Naples and additional routes to London, Zurich and more.

  • Refreshing onboard food and beverage options, creating a restaurant experience at cruising altitude.

Delta is consistently recognized for excellence in customer experience, operational performance, and workplace culture. In 2023, Delta was rewarded with an unprecedented achievement — being named No. 1 in the annual Business Travel News Airline Survey for the 13th year in a row.
