For the sixth year, Delta Air Lines has been certified by Great Place To Work® as a top employer, based on the Great Place To Work Trust Index survey of Delta employees. Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture and awards certification to companies committed to being a great place to work for all. 

In the survey conducted by Great Place To Work, 87% of employees who responded said Delta is a great place to work.

We know that when we invest in our people and foster a great workplace, our people will deliver the best experiences for our customers.”  

Recent investments include Delta’s emergency savings programs offering financial coaching and up to $1,000 to fuel employees’ rainy-day funds, an increase in minimum starting wage to $19 an hour for employees, a 5% pay raise to eligible employees worldwide, and a profit-sharing payout of $1.4 billion.
