Kristin Colvile, Senior Vice President – Reservation Sales and Customer Care
Kristin Colvile is S.V.P. – Reservation Sales and Customer Care. In this role, she is responsible for nine Customer Engagement Centers with approximately 6,000 employees who engage with nearly 40 million customers annually through phone, email, messaging and social media channels.
Kristin Colvile most recently served as Vice President – Reservation Sales & Customer Care, Field Operations. In this role, she oversaw day-to-day field strategy and operations, which includes more than 6,000 frontline employees and 2,000 vendor staff who engage with our customers on a daily basis.
Prior to joining Reservations Sales & Customer Care in October 2022, Kristin served as CEO of the SkyTeam Airline Alliance for four years where she focused on creating seamless end-to-end travel journeys for our customers flying across SkyTeam partner airlines. Kristin’s 30-year career at Delta Air Lines has included prior roles in Marketing, Loyalty, Reservation Sales & Customer Care (she previously led operations at the Singapore Customer Engagement Center), Revenue Management, Cargo and Alliances.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership & Management and is a strong advocate for gender diversity, women’s advancement in the workplace and skills-based hiring. Outside of work, Kristin is passionate about health and wellbeing, mentoring and sustainability. Kristin and her husband, Julian, have three children and live in Atlanta.
