Mauricio Parise leads the design and implementation of Delta’s next-generation brand experience on the ground, in the air and across physical and human touchpoints in partnership with the operating and commercial teams around the company.
Parise oversees the Service Excellence, Ground Experience and Onboard Experience portfolios, led by Josh Powe, Greg Forbes and Stephanie Laster.
In his 20-plus years at Delta, Mauricio has held roles in Sales and International Planning & Alliances, along with leadership roles in Marketing Communications. He spent three years as the head of Marketing for GOL, based in Brazil, before returning to Atlanta as the Managing Director of Brand Experience.
Parise brings a deep understanding of the Delta customer to a role that will rely on that perspective to prioritize and inform end-to-end customer experience initiatives throughout the enterprise.
