Indiggo, in partnership with Fortune, released its ReturnOnLeadership (ROL100) ranking –with Delta Air Lines taking the No. 4 spot overall. The ROL100 ranking captures the return on leadership of the top 100 companies in the Fortune 500. Delta rated higher than any other airline on the list and was the sole airline included in the top 5 rankings.
ReturnOnLeadership measures leadership based on four fundamental drivers: connection to purpose, strategic clarity, leadership alignment and focused action. The rankings are AI-driven, industry agnostic and based on a textual analysis of investor documents to determine clarity of strategy and score how employees feel about the company’s purpose.
The ranking is designed to focus on leadership execution and is an indicator of how well a company is positioned for future success.
