This week, Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) will welcome golf enthusiasts from around the world to take part in one of golf’s most celebrated traditions, the Masters Tournament.

Customers heading to AGS may see special golf-themed décor and treats at their departure gates as they journey to the tournament. Upon arrival, customers can roll a few putts before hitting the greens with an interactive putting green experience in AGS all week.

To meet the demand of attendees, Delta has also increased routes to AGS ahead of the tournament.

  • Delta will operate 8 nonstop daily routes to AGS from three of our key hubs in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) over the course of April 3 – April 10*.

  • We have re-introduced an additional section (departures and returns) for LGA to AGS, a route we’re restarting again this year, and DTW to AGS, a brand-new route. Both of these routes will only be flown during the Masters.*DTW to AGS and AGS to DTW will run April 3-8 and April 10.

  • *LGA to AGS and AGS to LGA will run April 3-9 and April 10.

  • From ATL, we have upgauged 2 daily sections from April 3 – 9 to mainline aircrafts and added an additional section on April 10.

Delta will fly nearly 5,000 seats into AGS from April 3 to April 8, with the heaviest inbound traffic anticipated to be Wednesday, April 5.

In addition to supporting our customers, Delta will also cheer on our Delta-sponsored golfers, Patrick Cantlay and Tony Finau, who will participate in the Masters Tournament this year.

Delta Air Lines and Patrick Cantlay are hitting the links together, announcing today that the 4th ranked golfer in the world has entered a multi-year partnership with the global airline.
