Delta Air Lines proudly introduced the Airbus A330-900neo on its daily nonstop service from New York-JFK to Accra, effective October 1, 2024. Two years after the start of their Joint Venture, Delta and the LATAM group review and report that since 2022, the partnership has allowed them to grow by 68% in flights, inaugurated 6 new routes, operated more than 32,000 flights, and transported more than 5 million passengers.

Delta is ready to offer 1.1 million weekly seats, 968 daily flights and service to 215 destinations this summer from Atlanta—its largest schedule ever. With nearly 75 additional daily departures compared to summer 2024, this growth reaffirms its place as the world’s largest airline hub.

The codeshare agreement will enable greater connectivity between the United States and the Middle East. Delta customers will gain access to nine destinations in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East beyond Saudia’s hubs in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Delta is boosting its global footprint with the launch of its first-ever nonstop service from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to Seoul-Incheon International Airport (ICN) on June 12, 2025.

Delta and SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System), the flag carrier of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, have signed a codeshare agreement effective Sept. 25, 2024. This agreement comes as SAS recently joined SkyTeam on Sept. 1.
