More than 21,500 Delta employees have participated in the Emergency Savings Program since it launched in January, helping Delta people strengthen their financial wellness through online instruction, one-on-one coaching and an emergency savings safety net.
Former Chairman and CEO of IBM and author of “Good Power” Ginni Rometty joined Ed for the third conversation of Gaining Altitude season two at Delta’s headquarters in Atlanta to discuss equity, growth, transformation, utilizing your experiences to inspire ‘good power’ and being a woman in a male dominated field.
Todd O., Delta’s most frequent flyer, was invited to the airline’s Atlanta headquarters to connect with Delta people and supply rich insight to senior leaders.
It takes an average of 22 years for a Delta customer to travel one million miles. But over the course of about three decades, one flier has accumulated more miles in the air than anyone else: 14 million miles.
Since 2007, Delta has rewarded employees with industry-leading profit-sharing payments: more than $9.2 billion since 2010.
