This year marks the 14th year of the two-day Veterans Day Celebration, which is hosted at Delta TechOps and brings together employees, families and friends to recognize the more than 12% of our workforce who are veterans.  

Last month, 100 Delta employees and local community volunteers from Atlanta’s Grant Park came together to build Delta’s 46th KABOOM! playground and 11th in the airline’s hometown. Delta partnered with Grant Park Conservancy to build the new playspace in Grant Park, the oldest park in Atlanta. 

Delta is introducing Delta Comfort Basic, a new travel experience on sale today in very select markets for travel on or after Nov. 19. This new offering is designed to give customers more choice – allowing them to tailor their journey based on what matters most to them, whether it’s comfort, value or convenience.   

As Delta looks toward the next century of flight, the airline is unveiling a new uniform collection for its above- and below-wing employees that honors its legacy and embraces its future.

Located on the grounds of Salt Lake City International Airport, Delta’s future 48,000-square-foot-cargo facility marks the airline’s continued investment and growth in Utah.

For the 11th year, Delta will match donations up to an aggregate total of 10 million miles donated to the Fisher House Foundation and Luke's Wings through SkyWish, the charitable arm of the SkyMiles Program.  

Starting next year, customers across the U.S. will have more options to escape the ordinary with the launch of new Saturday-only nonstop service to some favorite leisure destinations across North America and the Caribbean.

Delta will resume flights to Tel Aviv (TLV) from both Atlanta (ATL) and Boston (BOS), expanding the airline’s trans-Atlantic network and restoring nonstop service from key U.S. hubs to Israel.

Delta wins five Forbes 2025 Verified Travel Awards — most by any airline — as it adds to its list of Centennial year accolades.
