Delta shines in Forbes Travel Guide’s first Verified Air Travel Awards, celebrating best airline and airport experiences. 

Delta Air Lines celebrated 25 years of continued partnership with Junior Achievement (JA) Nigeria in support of a transformative initiative and Nigeria’s commitment to nurturing the potential of young Nigerians.

For the tenth year, Delta will match donations up to an aggregate total of 10 million miles donated to these two organizations through SkyWish, the charitable arm of the SkyMiles Program. 

Delta introduces daily nonstop flights from Lagos to New York-JFK this December, specifically aimed at accommodating holiday travellers. This new service will complement Delta's existing daily flights to Atlanta, enhancing connectivity and providing more options for passengers during the festive season. 

Customers traveling on Delta can look forward to a new, more accessible flight map designed with those with low-vision disabilities at the forefront, ensuring even more travelers can enjoy the flight map effortlessly and independently.

Chief Sustainability Officer Amelia Deluca showcased Delta’s decarbonization efforts when she took to the stage at New York Climate Week to discuss the work Delta is doing with employees to reach our sustainability goals.

Delta, Aeromexico, and Junior Achievement collaborated to provide students with practical experience and an authentic introduction to the aviation sector. Delta partners with over 30 Junior Achievement (JA) chapters across five continents to educate students on financial literacy and career preparedness.  

Starting Oct. 27, Delta Air Lines will resume its direct route between New York-JFK and Buenos Aires, Argentina. This flight will be operated on the Airbus A330-900neo, celebrated for its cutting-edge technology and exceptional comfort.
